Atlantic Wharf is completed.

Architect: CBT Associates. Originally Russia Wharf, it is designed in the Classical Revival style and located at 280 Congress Street. The building includes the existing Russia Wharf, Graphic Arts, and Tufts buildings and a new glass tower.
